line is not parallel with the
ground.

With Child Secured in
Car Seat, Attach Car Seat
to Base
Pull up on the front two corners
of the car seat by your child’s
feet to make sure it is locked to
the base.
The carry handle must be
upright AND locked when
carrying and when installed
in the vehicle.
