Rear-Facing Level Line is
not parallel with the ground.

tightly rolled towel(s) or foam pool
noodle(s) under the front of the car
seat to help make the Rear-Facing
Level Line parallel with the ground.
Check often to make sure padding is
still in place and the belt is tight.
