Body Mass Index (BMI)
This value is calculated from the ratio of body weight to height
and is used to evaluate the body weight of a person in relation
to their height. Please note that the BMI is just a rough guideline
because the neither the physique, gender nor individual compo-
sition of the body mass of fat and muscle tissue is considered.
The “ideal” BMI depends on age. The table shows BMI values for
di󰀨erent age groups.
Summary of the training values
When training is ended, either by the user or automatically when a goal is reached, a summary of the training
values is displayed. To close the display press the STOP button.
