F9E1 - Dishwasher
Possible Solutions
F9E1 Error Code
Cycle Power
Much like a computer, resetting the dishwasher control can sometimes solve the issues you are experiencing. To reset
the dishwasher control panel, it needs to be disconnected from the power source for one minute. If your dishwasher is
plugged into an outlet, simply unplug the unit for one minute and then plug the unit back in. If the dishwasher is hard
wired to the power supply, turn the breaker off at the home electrical panel that powers the dishwasher for one minute
and then turn the breaker back on.
Is the garbage disposer knockout plug removed?
If the dishwasher is connected to a garbage disposer, be sure the knockout plug has been removed from the disposer
inlet.

Are there any obstructions in the drain or garbage disposer?
Check for any food or obstructions caught in the drain or the garbage disposer. Run the disposer to clear the
obstruction.
Is the drain hose kinked?
Verify the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. A kinked or clogged hose can cause poor drainage or no drainage.
