  There are several reasons why your clothes might not be drying well. It could be due to a clogged lint screen (clean it before each load), a blocked exhaust vent (clean the exhaust system), an exhaust vent that is too long or has too many turns (check the venting), or the wrong vent diameter (use 4" diameter vent material). Overloading the dryer, fabric softener sheets blocking the grille, low room temperature (below 45ºF/7ºC), or improper dryer placement in a closet (ensure proper ventilation) can also cause this issue.

  If your dryer load is too hot, it might be because you removed it before the cooldown portion of the cycle was complete, so allow the dryer to finish the cycle. Alternatively, you may be using a Timed Dry cycle with a normal temperature setting; try selecting a Sensor cycle with a lower heat setting to avoid overdrying.
