Verify the power cord is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet, and the outlet has power. Avoid using an extension cord. If the washer is tightly packed, remove several items, rearrange the load evenly, add detergent, close the lid, and press START/Pause/Unlock.

To remove extra suds, select Rinse & Spin without adding detergent.
