STEP INSPECTION ACTION

INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Is the battery positive terminal voltage
normal?
Yes Inspect for normal connection of
the battery terminals.
Go to the next step.
No Charge or replace the battery, then
go to Step 7.
