  If your McCulloch Lawn Mower has poor grass discharge, make sure the engine speed is not too slow by placing the throttle control in the “FAST” position and that your travel speed is not too fast by shifting to a slower speed. Wet grass can also cause this issue, so allow the grass to dry before mowing. Ensure the mower deck is level and the tire air pressure is correct and even. Check for a worn, bent, or loose blade (replace the blade and tighten the blade bolt if necessary). Clean any buildup of grass, leaves, and trash under the mower. If the mower drive belt is worn, replace it. Make sure the blades are installed with the sharp edge down and that you are using the proper blades (refer to the parts manual). Finally, clear any clogged mower deck vent holes around the mandrels.
