Why my McCulloch MC1375 is not heating up?
    • A
      Alexis CrawfordJul 28, 2025
If your McCulloch Steam Cleaner isn't heating up, first ensure it's properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your household circuit breaker or ground fault interrupter and reset it, or replace the fuse if necessary. If problems persist, stop using the appliance immediately and unplug it. There may be mineral build-up in the unit, clean it according to instructions. Also, make sure that the boiler is not empty.

What to do if my McCulloch Steam Cleaner has excessive amount of water in steam?
    • B
      Brandon ClarkAug 4, 2025
If your McCulloch Steam Cleaner produces an excessive amount of water in the steam, it might be due to water condensation in the steam hose. To resolve this, point the nozzle towards a sink, tub, or the ground, and shake it while pressing the steam trigger until the excess water is released. Also, avoid overfilling the boiler with more than 48 oz. (1,420 ml.) of water, as this can interfere with steam production and lead to water condensation. Always fill the unit with the correct amount of water.

Why is the steam output weak on my McCulloch MC1375 Steam Cleaner?
    • B
      Brianna SwansonAug 11, 2025
If the steam output from your McCulloch Steam Cleaner is weak or intermittent, it could be due to a low water level in the boiler. Refill the boiler according to the instructions. Another possible cause is mineral build-up in the unit, which requires cleaning.

What to do if floor surfaces appear cloudy after steaming with McCulloch MC1375?
    • K
      Kevin JacksonAug 19, 2025
If your floor surfaces appear cloudy or streaky after using the McCulloch Steam Cleaner, the microfiber pad might be dirty; replace it with a clean one. Alternatively, hard water residue on the floor could be the issue; try switching to distilled or de-mineralized water.
