Repair Packaging Guidelines
Please use the following guidelines when mailing to our repair facility.
Do:
• Send ONLY the LUX Body
• Use a small padded envelope
• Write RMA number on the
OUTSIDE of envelope
DON’T send:
• Travel case
• Packing materials
• Batteries or other accessories
