  If water drips from the P&T safety valve, it could be due to high water pressure or dirt under the valve seat. First, check the water pressure and ensure it doesn't exceed 400 kPa; use a pressure reducer if connected to a central water supply. Then, allow the appliance to cool, slowly raise the test lever to flush the water system, and try to remove any dirt from the P&T safety valve seat. If the issue persists, a certified service technician should replace the P&T safety valve.

  If the heater doesn't operate when switched on and the red lamp illuminates after approximately 30 seconds, it could be due to a cowl cover obstruction, air in the gas supply, no gas supply, or incorrect gas pressure. Remove the cowl cover and clear any obstructions. Check the gas valves and gas cylinder. To unlock and purge any air, switch off the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and then switch it back on.
