Finally, ensure the battery voltage isn't too high and that the battery specifications and quantity meet requirements.

  The Mecer Inverter might be running on battery despite mains being available due to several reasons. The input protector might be tripped, so check if the AC breaker is tripped and the AC wiring is properly connected. Also, insufficient quality of AC power could be the reason, so check if AC wires are too thin or too long, and if a generator is used, ensure it's working correctly and the input voltage range setting is correct. Alternatively, change the output source priority to Utility first.
