LEDs
2 LEDs on the switch to indicate whether the machine is in automatic or manual mode.
1 LED on the P key indicates if the cycle in progress is a programmed cycle.
3 LEDs on the time display indicate the active phase of the program.
4 LEDs on the speed display indicate the rotation speed.
Inputs
All inputs are filtered and opto-insulated. The inputs have a live voltage of 24VA.C.
Bowl presence micro switch: closed when bowl is present.
Grid micro switch: closed when grid is closed.
High bowl micro switch: closed when the bowl is raised.
Low bowl micro switch: closed when the bowl is lowered.
Inverter malfunction contact: closed when operating correctly.
Outputs
4 triacs 4A (resistive) at 24Vac:
1 .Inverter safety contactor (if fitted)
2 .Inverter enable signal (motor start)
3 .Bowl raising motor
4 .Bowl lowering motor
Analog output for tool speed adjustment. Upon setting the relevant installer parameter,
the output can operate in the range of 4 ÷ 20 mA (default), or 0 ÷ 20 mA, or 0 ÷ 10 V (options).
User modifications to the pre-set speeds
To display and modify the speed associated with key 1, in automatic or manual mode, press 1.
The second display will show the tools revolutions per minute pre-set for the speed 1.
Press
and modify it by using the + and keys; this will change the displayed value. Keep
key 1 pressed for at least 3 seconds to save the new value: the change is confirmed when the
display stops flashing. Repeat the same steps for the speeds associated with the keys 2, 3 and 4.
