ALARMS
Opening of the grid
During an active cycle, the tools motor is stopped. The display shows OPE/ Pro. This is not an
actual alarm. To restart the cycle, close the grid (the warning message disappears) and press
START. Press STOP to end the current cycle and to erase the alarm message.
Bowl presence micro switch
If the bowl presence signal is missing, the outputs are disabled and the display shows boU/Pre.
The message disappears automatically once the signal indicating the presence of the bowl
is restored.
Raised bowl micro switch
If after 30 seconds from the raise bowl command (or after 30 seconds of continued pressure on
the
switch), the raised bowl micro switch does nt close, the motors stop and the alarm
message boU/Up appears on the display. Press STOP to erase the message.
Lowered bowl micro switch
If after 30 seconds from the lower bowl command (or after 30 seconds of continued pressure on
the
switch), the lowered bowl micro switch does nt close, the motors stop and the alarm
message boU/doU appears on the display. Press STOP to erase it.
Inverter Malfunction
When the inverter FAULT contact opens (R1C-R1B on the Altivar, and MB-MC on the V1000), the
inverter is disabled and the message InU/dEF is displayed. Press STOP to erase the message.
Voltage Failure
This is not an actual alarm, rather a notification that a voltage failure occurred during the active
cycle. The message can be erased by pressing STOP. Press START to restart the cycle.
