Booster Air Pr. Sensor Faulty
RESTRICTIONS --

If the fault condition is still present when cleared manually, the fault
will be generated again.
FAULT
RECOVERY
Automatic when the Booster Air Pressure sensor found working normal.
PROBABLE
CAUSES
1. Booster Air Presure sensors (BAP) faulty.
2. Defective cables.
3. Defective ADB4.
4. Defective MIAI card in slot 2.
FAULT
ISOLATION
1. Set the display to show mixed parameters by selecting ‘Display
mode from the main menu and then selecting ‘Mixed’ sub-menu.
2. Check the booster air pressure displayed in the display unit with
Pneumatic gauge.
3. If the difference is excess, replace the sensor and check up.
4. If the difference is negligible but still the fault is logging frequently:
A. Check Slackness of the connectors either at the sensor or at the
ADB4. Tighten the connectors both at the sensor and ADB of the
cable ID: BN.
B. Defective interconnecting cable ID: BN between sensor and
ADB. Replace the cable and check up.
C. Slackness of the connectors either at ADB4 or MEP-660 control
unit. Tighten the cable connectors both at ADB4 and MEP-660
control unit for the cable ID: BJ.
D. Defective interconnecting cable ID: BJ between ADB and MEP-
660 control unit.
E. Defective ADB4. Replace the ADB4 and check.
F. Defective MIAI card in slot 2. Replace the card check up.
