11.3. Card drive
If your PC has a card drive or is connected to a card reader,
you can use this to copy the photos/videos on the memory
card to the PC.
The card reader is also detected as a removable storage
device on the Windows desktop.
11.4. Memory folder structure
The camera saves the photos, videos and audio files in
three different directories in the internal memory or on
the memory card. The following folders are automatically
created during the process:
DCIM.: All the photo and video files are saved in this folder.
The photos/videos are located in the “100MEDIA subfolder
and automatically named with “DSCF” and a four-digit
number.
When file number "DSCF9999" is reached, a new folder
named "101MEDIA" is created automatically, etc.
12. Troubleshooting
Use the following checklist if the camera does not function
correctly. If the problem persists, consult MEDION Service.
12.4.1. The camera will not switch on.
The batteries are not inserted correctly.
The batteries are flat.
Replace the batteries.
The camera is still in surveillance mode.
