SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
• The pump must not be modified.
• The speed of the engine must not be modified.
• Do not operate indoors.
• Do not touch the engine during operation or for one hour after operation. Risk of burns.
• Shut off the engine and allow it to cool before fuelling.
• The petrol used in the engine is highly flammable and its vapours are explosive. Petrol must be
handled in accordance with current regulations.
• Make sure that no petrol is spilled during refuelling.
• Do not fill petrol above the specified level.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden when refuelling.
• Open flames, other heat sources and sources of ignition are prohibited in areas used for refuelling.
• Move the machine at least three metres from the fuelling point before starting it.
• The machine must not be covered during operation.
• Exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide. Inhalation of these can lead to death.
• This equipment must only be used by adults.
• This equipment must only be used for the purpose for which it is intended.
• This equipment must not be used if it is damaged.
• Do not allow children to play with the equipment.
• Never leave the equipment unattended when in operation to ensure that children or animals do not
come into contact with it.
• Do not use near flammable liquids or where flammable vapours/gases may be present.
• Store in a dry place when not in use.
• Do not expose to chemicals.
• The pump must not be used for contaminated water.
