Remove the paper, disc shaped
card from the replacement cartridge
and ll in the “Start Date” and
“Change Date”.
To open, place the lubricator
upright on a at surface. Press down
rmly on the clear housing and turn
the locking ring counter-clockwise
while holding the ribbed surface.
Remove the black rubber baery
seal and insert the baery pack with
the label facing to the outside. Then
replace the rubber seal.

Carefully squeeze any air
out of the cartridge unl grease
begins to emerge from the outlet.
Place the lubricant cartridge
on the inlet of the pump housing.
Carefully remove the plug.
Place the baery seal onto the
cartridge. Turn the pump over
and gently place it on the outlet
of the cartridge.
While holding the cartridge
and the pump housing together,
carefully ip the assembly over
and hold the cartridge in place.
Push the clear housing
assembly over the lubricant
cartridge and pump housing
and then turn the locking ring
clockwise unl it clicks into the
locking posion.

“Check Function”
To manually cycle a baery
powered unit, gently press and
release one of the three switches
on the boom of the lubricator.
If your lubricator is externally
powered follow the instrucons
on the other side.
Screw the MEMOLUB®
lubricator onto the brass
MEMO ng. Once mounted,
the MEMOLUB® will start an
ejecon cycle and follow the
preset program.
Grease Cartridges Only Oil Cartridges Only
Note: If necessary, prime
the MEMOLUB® pump with a
hand grease gun.
