This product utilizes a Class 1 laser to read Compact
Discs. This laser Compact Disc Player is equipped with
safety switches to avoid exposure when the CD door
is open and the safety interlocks are defeated. Invisible
laser radiation is present when the CD Player’s lid is
open and the system’s interlock has failed or been
defeated. It is very important that you avoid direct
exposure to the laser beam at all times. Please do not
attempt to defeat or bypass the safety switches.

Overview

Function Description:

Usage Features:

Powering the Device:

The CD player can be powered either by an AC/DC power adapter (not included) plugged into the DC Input, or by two AA batteries (included). If using the power adapter, batteries should be removed.

Loading a CD:

  1. Slide the "Open Switch" to the right to open the CD door.
  2. Load a CD into the player with the label side up.
  3. Close the CD door.

Playing a CD:

  1. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start playing the loaded CD.

Programming a CD:

  1. During play, press the STOP button.
  2. Press the PROG/+10 button; "P-01" will blink on the display.
  3. Use the SKIP/SEARCH buttons to select the desired track.
  4. Press the PROG/+10 button to save the selected track.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to program up to 20 tracks.
  6. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to play the programmed tracks.

Bluetooth Transmitter Mode (Pairing to a Bluetooth Speaker):

  1. Press and hold the MODE/ button to switch to Bluetooth Transmitter Mode.
  2. When in Bluetooth Mode, "BT" will flash on the bottom right of the LCD display. The pairing process can take up to 30 seconds; for best results, keep the device within 3 feet of the Bluetooth speaker.
  3. Once connected, the "BT" icon will stop flashing and become solid. The Bluetooth speaker should also indicate a successful connection. The unit will connect to the closest Bluetooth speaker nearby.
  4. Begin playing music on the CD player. If no audio is heard, try pressing the play/pause button on the Bluetooth speaker if it has one.
  5. To stop playing, press the STOP button.
  6. To exit Bluetooth Transmitter Mode, press and hold the MODE/ button. Note: If the CD player is stopped for approximately 30 seconds, it will automatically power off. The user will need to repeat the connection steps to re-enter Bluetooth Mode.

Earbud Usage:

Insert the included earbuds into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the side of the CD player.

    • Press to program a CD to play tracks in a specified order.
    • Press during play to skip 10 tracks.
