7. Troubleshooting
No Energy on Card
Make sure that the Green Led (L2) under the 24VAC Input Socket is on. If the Red Led (L1) is on
instead of green, replace the fuse of the card (250V 8A). Make sure that the 24VAC Input Socket is
energized, if not, check the transformer input and output connections.
No Movement at the Door
Make sure the Power Input and Motor Socket connections are correct and in contact. In order to
ensure the correctness of these connections, "Manual Control" should be selected from the Main
Menu and door movement should be monitored. Try to increase the power as much as possible to
move. If the door still does not move, make sure the Power Input Socket has 24VAC.
The door moves in manual control, but no movement in Test Drive and / or Normal Mode;
Try to increase the pressure settings (Door Recognition Pressure, Opening Pressure, Closing
Pressure, etc.).
Make sure that the command socket settings are made correctly. (Single signal-Double Signal
Setting)
Door Moves Too Fast
The fast signal (Settings - Socket Settings - Command Socket4) may have been activated. If not
used, it should be set to “None-Not Connected”. Make sure that Automatic Recognition was made.
Make sure that the encoder connection is correct.
Door Always Waiting in Open or Closed Position
If this happens in Normal Mode, make sure that the command socket settings were made correctly
and that the expected (Open/Close) signal is received (by looking at the relevant leds).
The Door Is Moving In The Reverse Direction
If you see movement contrary to what is indicated on the screen, replace motor terminals and repeat
"Automatic Recognition".
Door Crashes Before Slowing Down Enough
Make sure that Automatic Recognition is done. Make sure that the Stake Length was entered
correctly. Enter a large enough deceleration ramp. Decrease the Slow Speed in the relevant direction.
The Door Slows Down Early
Make sure that Automatic Recognition is done. Make sure that the Skate Length was entered
correctly. Decrease the Slow Way in the relevant direction.
Door Detects Unnecessary Jamming
Make sure that Automatic Recognition is done. Make sure that the Skate Length was entered
correctly. Check Photocell Settings from the socket settings menu. (Yes1,Yes0,None) Make sure that
the Pressure Settings are high enough.
