Engine and / or DDC70 Have Overheating
Decrease the Keeping Open and Keeping Closed pressure settings.
Auto Recognition Failures
Gives “Encoder Error”
Make sure that Encoder and Motor connections are correct. If the Door Recognition Pressure was
entered low, the door may not be able to move, increase it.
Door Width Recognized Incorrectly
Door width can be identified as 5 cm more or less. This will not affect the comfort of the door. It can
be neglected. If the door width is recognized less more than 5 cm, repeat by increasing "Door
Recognition Pressure". Make the right choice of telescopic or central door. Make sure that the skate
jammed in the closing direction and does not remain motionless (performs fully closing and opening
movement).
Crashes at High Speed During Automatic Recognition
Decrease the Door Recognition Speed.
6. Card Connection for Firefighters Lift
If the door shall be applied for firefighters lift;
O1 - Door Jam Relay : Notifies the control panel of the door jamming.
O2 - Door Closed Relay : Notifies the control panel of the closed door status.
O3 - Door Open Relay : Notifies the control panel of the open door status.
I3 - Emergency Opening: Slow Signal Input.
Make connection to the control panel of full open (O3) and full close (O2) signals located on the main
door card. In addition, an external line connection must be made between the slow signal input (I3) on
the control card and control panel. After the connection is made enter the card menu and adjust slow
signal (I3) as “YES-ACTIVE:1”.
If door jam relay shall be applied: card connection shall be made first and then the main control panel
connection. Enter the card main menu and adjust door jam relay (O1) as “YES-ACTIVE:1”.
