4.3 Storage / maintenance
• Your device is designed for an operating
temperature of 0°C to +40°C.
• Storage of the device is permissible be-
tween -20°C and +60°C.
• Remove the batteries from the device pri-
or to extended periods of non-use. Oth-
erwise, the batteries can leak and destroy
your device.
• Your device must be used and stored ex-
clusively in dry rooms, because impermis-
sibly high ambient humidity can destroy
your device.
• Never expose your moisture meter to ex-
ternal electrical influences. They could de-
stroy the device.
• Handle your measuring device with ex-
treme care.
• Avoid any external mechanical influence.
• Your device is sensitive to mechanical im-
pact (e.g. falling to the ground).
• Always remove residual dirt (e.g. resin res-
idue, moisture, etc.) prior to measurement.
CAUTION!
Observe the following to avoid pre-
vent damage to the device!
