Connection to Device
1) There is no connection even when IP address is entered on the web browser.
(1) Please check whether the device is properly connected with Wi-Fi.
(2) If the front part of the address is written as https://, please erase s and connect as
http://.
2) The device is not connected through the applications.
(1) Please check whether the device is properly connected with Wi-Fi.
3) “MGTEC WX1” does not appear on the Wireless Network List.

Internet
1) Internet does not work even LAN cable is connected to WAN port.

page (http://192.168.1001).
When Storing Externally
1) The external storage device is not recognized.
(1) Please check whether the type of the external storage device is EXFAT.
(2) The types that WX1 supports are FAT32 and NTFS.
2) The contents of the external storage device do not appear on PC or Smartphone.
(1) It takes about 10 seconds to read the contents, and if it does not appear for a long
time, please reboot the device.
