Video
1) The video does not play on Smartphone.
(1) Please check whether the video player application used supports the codec of the
corresponding video file.
(2) Please refer to the HELP of the corresponding application about the video player.
2) There is an interruption while playing the video.
(1) Please check whether the automatic update is in progress for the window, virus
programs, etc.
(2) The operation of the device may be slower during the progress of an automatic
update.
3) The subtitle does not appear while playing the video.
(1) Please check whether the subtitle file with the same name as the video file exists in
the same folder.
(2) Please check whether the program or the application used to play the video supports
the external subtitle.
Battery
1) Battery does not recharge.
(1) Please check whether the recharging adaptor offers the voltage and current suitable
for the device.
(2) Please check whether the device has been stored under the discharged condition for
a long time.
(3) If the device is stored under the discharged condition for a long time, it may cause
damage on the battery or shorten the battery life so that it may not recharge.
2) Battery use hours shortened.
(1) Originally, the battery life shortens as the charging and discharging continue.
(2) When the product is used for a long time, it is normal that the battery use hours
decrease.
