Check for any air being sucked into the system by verifying the tightness of hose fittings. If there's air in the pump, switch off the appliance and repeatedly depress and release the gun trigger until the water flows steadily, then switch it back on. Also, make sure the adjustable nozzle is correctly set to the (+) position. Clean the water filter if it's fouled and replace the nozzle if it's worn. If you are using suction, reduce the suction height. If the thermostatic valve has tripped, wait for the water temperature to restore.
