  If your Microdowell UPS won't turn on, there are several potential causes. First, the on/off switch might be designed to prevent damage from rapid cycling; in this case, turn the UPS off, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. Second, ensure the unit is properly connected to a 208/220/230/240 Vac 50Hz outlet. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the battery may be worn out or there may be a mechanical problem, requiring you to contact Microdowell.

How to fix microdowell UPS outlets that do not provide power?

  If the outlets on your Microdowell UPS are not providing power, the fuse may have blown due to an overload. To resolve this, turn the UPS off, unplug at least one piece of equipment, replace the blown fuse with a spare one, and then turn the UPS back on. Alternatively, the batteries may be discharged; in this case, allow the unit to recharge for at least 4 hours. If the issue persists, the unit may have been damaged by a surge or spike, and you should contact Microdowell.
