Do not use or store it in dusty, dirty areas. This will
MW premature wear of moving parts.
Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or
strong detergents to clean it. Wipe it with a soft cloth
dampened in a mild soap-and-water solution.
Be sure batteries are the correct type—do not use
general purpose batteries if alkaline batteries are
recommended. Remove old, weak batteries—they can
leak chemicals that damage electronic circuits.
If the unit is not working properly, take it to your local
Radio Shack. The personnel there will assist you and, if
necessary, arrange service.
