      If the outlets on your Middle Atlantic Products Power Supply aren't providing power, several issues could be the cause. First, a circuit breaker might have tripped due to an overload. To resolve this, turn off the UPS, unplug a piece of equipment, wait 10 seconds, reset the circuit breaker, and then turn the UPS back on. Second, the batteries might be discharged; in this case, recharge the unit for at least 4 hours. Also, if non-critical outlets have turned off automatically due to an overload, push the bottom Reset button to turn them back on. If the unit was damaged by a surge or spike, contact Middle Atlantic Products at 1-800-266-7225.

      If the Middle Atlantic Power Manager software is inactive, first check that the serial or USB cable is correctly connected to both the UPS and the computer, ensuring it's plugged into the correct port and that you're using the cable that came with the UPS. If the unit is not providing battery power, shut down your computer, turn the UPS off, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on to reset the unit. Make sure that you use the cable included with the unit for the software.
