Why is my Midland REGATTA 2 Transceiver reception broken or disturbed?

  Broken or disturbed reception on your Midland Transceiver can occur for several reasons: * The squelch level might be too high; try adjusting it. * The signal might be too weak because the other party is too far away, or the antenna is blocked. Try completely opening the squelch and/or move closer to the other party. * Other users might be using the same radio channel. Check radio traffic and change channels if necessary. * Interference from other devices like televisions, computers, or other transceivers may be the cause. Move these devices further away from your Midland Transceiver.
