Exam Table Lift Device

(For use with models

222, 223, 622, 623, & 625)

Step 2: Lay Exam Table Lift Device flat

on metal crossbar.

Step 3:

A) Press Base Up on hand control

to raise table height.

B) Insert legs into spline receptacles.

Step 4: Press Base Down on hand control

to lift the table base to desired height.

Caution

Ensure Lift Device is secure before

lifting table. Do not use if table is

damaged or table lift is damaged.

Step 1:

A) Lift seat section.

B) Hook Exam Table Lift Device

onto hinge lip.
