If the internal printer needs service, contact Midtronics Cus-
tomer Service for a shipping instructions and a return autho-
rization number.
To remove the printer for shipment back to Midtronics:
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw securing
the printer to the Control Module on the bottom of the
housing. Store the screw in a safe place.
2. Pull the printer straight out of the Control Module.

1. Insert the printer into the its compartment in the housing.
2. Gently guide—do not force—the printer into the housing
until the printer is seated properly.
3. Insert and tighten the screw.
