Maintenance
The capsule hopper in the brew unit
needs to be replaced after approx.
15,000 coffee capsules have been
dispensed. Replacement capsule
hoppers are available from your Miele
dealer or from Miele (see "Optional
accessories").

Touch y.

Touch the arrow sensors until
"Maintenance" is highlighted in the
display. Touch the OK sensor.
The capsule hopper inside the machine
will be lowered. "Remove capsule plate
and change the capsule hopper" will
then appear in the display.
^ Open the front of the coffee machine.
^ Take out the capsule plate.

Danger of injury.
Do not reach into the openings in
the brew unit.

Pull the rubber connector
downwards.
^
Insert the maintenance tool into brew
unit a from below and turn capsule
hopper b to the left to remove it.
^
Screw the new capsule hopper to the
right into position in the brew unit, as
shown above. The spring with the
ball must be inserted in the capsule
hopper so that the ball is at the top.

Replace the rubber connector and
the capsule hopper.
^
Insert the capsule plate and close the
machine front.
