Grease filter
The re-usable metal grease filter in the
appliance removes solid particles from
the kitchen vapours (grease, dust, etc)
preventing soiling of the cooker hood.
The grease filter is located in the chim
-
ney casing above the stainless steel fil
-
ter.
The grease filter should be cleaned
regularly (at least every 3-4 weeks) to
avoid a built-up of fat but always clean
as soon as the grease filter touch con-
trol lamp comes on.
An over saturated filter is a fire haz-
ard.
Remove the stainless steel filter
^ To remove the stainless steel filter
pull down on the quick-release
catches. When doing this, hold the fil-
ter securely so that it does not fall on
the hob surface below.
^ Remove the stainless steel filter.
Remove the grease filter
^
To remove the grease filter pull it by
the hand hold and pull downwards.
Take care not to let the grease filter
fall onto the hob.
