Grease filters
The reusable metal grease filter in the
applian
ce removes solid particles from
the kitchen vapors (grease, dust, etc.)
preventing soiling of the hood.
A
dirty filter is a fire hazard!
Cleaning intervals
Over longer periods of time, fat buildup
on the grease filter hardens and makes
cleaning more difficult. Therefore, we
recommend cleaning the grease filters
once every 3-4 weeks.
Clean the grease filters regularly when
the gr
ease filter symbol on the filter
saturation indicator lights up.
You can adjust the interval of the filter
saturation indicator to match your
cooking habits (see "Operation").
Removing the grease filters
When handling a grease filter, be
car
eful not to drop it.
This can result in damage to the filter
and t
o the cooktop.
Make sure you hold the filter
secu
rely at all times when handling
it.
