A Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection, mat. no. 05057680, should be used.
Installing the module for liquid dispensing
The DOS-P2 dispenser pump install kit contains one dispenser pump including accessories for connection to a washing
machine:
– Dispenser pump
– Siphon
– Hoses, clips
– Connection parts for connection to the machine
– Pump hose installation instructions
– Liquid dispensing installation instructions
The DOS-R non-return valve installation kit is required with the use of acidic agents, bleaches or similar chemicals, in
order to prevent backflow of chemicals (e.g., when containers are changed) into the suction pipework. Non-return
valves must not be used with alkaline agents or with conditioning agents or liquid starch. Check with the detergent
supplier. Contents:
– Non-return valve
– Non-return valve installation instructions
The DOS-G2 dispenser pump housing install kit is required for installing DOS-P2 dispenser pumps. The dispenser
pump housing is suitable for a maximum of 3 dispenser pumps. Contents:
– Housing with lid
– Connection wires
– Wiring material, fastenings
– Wiring diagram - Liquid dispensing, WS 5101 - WS 5323
– Wiring diagram - Liquid dispensing, PW 6101 - PW 6323
– Wiring diagram - Liquid dispensing, PW 6107 - PW 6207
– Wiring diagram - Liquid dispensing, PW 811 - PW 818
The DOS-S dispenser pump stand install kit is suitable for the optional securing of the DOS-G2 dispenser pump
housing for a maximum of 3 dispenser pumps. Contents:
– Fastenings for the DOS-G2 dispenser pump housing and the spray proofing pump.
A Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.
A For each dispenser pump saw off a connection stub on the mixer box to suit the internal diameter of the hose. When
doing so start from underneath. See Fig. 1.
A Use a 4mm drill bit to drill a hole in the cut-off stub. See Fig. 1.
A Push the hose (1) onto the connection stub, and secure it with a hose clip (2). See Fig. 1.
A If using a non-return valve, cut the hose before the connection stub.
A Connect both ends of the hose to the non-return valve and tighten the nuts. Observe the direction of flow in the non-
return valve. See Fig. 2.
A Take dispenser pump housing DOS-G2 to its intended location (e.g., the DOS-S dispenser pump stand). See Fig. 3.
A Install locknuts on the cable cut-outs (1) and (2) in the base of the DOS-G2 dispenser pump housing. See Fig. 4.
