. Read all instructions before using the dishwasher.
. Do not allow children to play in, on, or near a dishwasher.
. Do not allow children to operate your dishwasher.
. Only use the dishwasher for its intended function.
. This dishwasher must be electrically grounded. Read installation instruc-
tions for details.
. Do not touch the heating element located below the lower rack during or
immediately after use.
. Use only those detergents and rinsing aids recornmended for dishwasher
use, and keep them out of the reach of children.
. Do not use your dishwasher unless all enclosure panels are properly in
place,
. Do not tamper with controls.

Do not abuse, sit, or stand on the dishwasher door or dish racks.
To prevent accidental entrapment, remove the door of the dishwasher
when discarding the appliance.
Do not wash plastic items unless marked “dishwasher safe” or the
equivalent. For items not marked, check manufacturer's recommenda-
tions.
When loading items to be washed, place sharp items with handle-up to re-
duce the risk of cut-type injuries.
Hydrogen gas may build up in the water heater and hot water pipes when
the hot water system has not been used for two weeks or more. CAUTION
— hydrogen gas is explosive. To prevent injury of damage, turn on all hot
water faucets and allow water to run for several minutes. Do not use the
dishwasher before doing so. As running hot water will release any accum-
ulated hydrogen gas, do not smoke or use an open flame while the faucets
are open.
Always disconnect electrical power to dishwasher before attempting to
service the appliance.
