Switching on and off
Switching on
Close the door.
Turn on the stopcock, (if previously
closed).
Press the “On/Off”-switch (16).
All the indicator lights (17) next to the
programme selector buttons and the
decimal point (19) in the time display
light up.
Starting a programme
Press the Programme selector but-
ton (17), to select a programme.
The light next to the selected pro-
gramme stays on, all others go out.
The indicator light next to the "START/
Stop" button lights up.
The length of the programme se-
lected appears in hours and minutes
in the
Time display (19).
The "Time left" light comes on.
Before starting the programme se-
lect any other options required, e.g.
"Delay start" or "Top Solo. (See Sec-
tion on "Additional options").
Press the "START/Stop" button (22).
The indicator light next to the "START/
Stop" button goes out. The pro-
gramme begins.
Sequence indication (15)
After starting a programme the se-
quence indicator lights (15) show the
actual programme stage reached in a
programme.
The “Reactivation” process is car-
ried out before a wash programme.
During this process only the “Reacti-
vating” indicator light is on.
The hardness level of the inlet water
dictates after how many programmes
water needs to be softened.
For example with a water hardness de-
gree of 380 mg/l (21 °d German scale)
reactivation takes place after every 3
programmes. With a water hardness de-
gree of 140 mg/l (8 °d German scale)
reactivation only takes place after 11
programmes.
