Activating Remote start
You can start your dishwasher remotely
using the Miele app. To do this, you first
need to install the app on your mobile
device, connect the dishwasher to your
WiFi network (see “Settings” chapter,
“Miele@home” section) and, if applic-
able, activate the Remote controloption
(see “Settings” chapter, “Remote con-
trol” section).
 Switch the dishwasher on using the
sensor control.
 Touch thesensor control.
The sensor control lights up.
 Switch the dishwasher off using the
sensor control.
The dishwasher can now be operated
remotely using the Miele app.
The Remote start option will remain ac-
tivated until you deactivate it again us-
ing the sensor control. The option
will also remain active if you switch the
dishwasher off and back on again in the
meantime.
Even if the Remote start option is not
active, you can check the status of your
dishwasher and apply settings using
the Miele app.
If you start a programme using the
Startsensor control on the dishwasher,
the Remote start option will automatic-
ally be activated for the duration of the
programme and the sensor control
will light up.
