Installation - hobs
These hobs are classified in Germany
as "Y" class for heal protection).
They must be positioned so that there
is adequate ventilation. There may be
a wall at the rear and wall or tali units
at one side. On the other side howev¬
er, no unit or divider must stand higher
than the hob.
There must be a minimum distance
of 30 mm between the hob unit and
adjacent furniture (e.g. tall unit)
because of the heat radiated from
the hob.

Prepare the worktop cut-out as shown
in the illustrations beiow.

must be used when cutting out the
worktop, {cut-out with rounded edges).
Installation of the hot unit
9 Loosen the screws.
• Set the hob unit into the cut-out and
centre it.
• Turn the screw to the right until the
clamps arc firmly attached to the
worktop,
• Check that the hob unit fits tightly
on to the worktop,
