The rack has non-tip safety notches
which prevent it being pulled right out
when it only needs to be pulled out
partially.
When pushing the rack back in,
always ensure that the safety
notches are at the back of the oven
(see illustration).
^ To remove the rack, lift it upwards
slightly at the front when the safety
notches connect with the sides of the
oven.
^
We recommend using the rack
together with the glass tray when
cooking items on the rack which
might drip.
Boiling rod
The boiling rod helps liquids to heat
evenly.

When reheating liquids, place the
boiling rod supplied into the cup or
glass.
Food probe
^ Using the food probe enables the
temperature during the cooking
process to be monitored simply and
accurately (see "Roasting - Food
probe").
