The appliance is delivered ready for
connection to a 60 Hz 115 V power
supply. It is only suitable for plugging
into a properly grounded socket that
complies with regulations. The
appliance must only be plugged into a
wiring system that complies with the
local Electrical Code.
The fuse must be rated at least 10 A.
Ideally, the socket should be next to the
appliance and easily accessible. Do
not connect the appliance to the power
supply by an extension cord. Extension
cords do not guarantee the required
safety of the appliance (danger of
overheating, for example).
If any changes are needed to the
household wiring or power supply, this
must be performed by a qualified
electrician only.
