All repairs should be performed by a trained technician in strict accordance with national, state and local codes.
Using a flathead screwdriver, lever the wheel out of the caster, then lever the caster out of the base.
Remove the bumper strip (010 Fig. 2, Pos. 2) and T20 screws securing parking slots.
Remove the bag holder, seal, exhaust filter, and four T20 screws securing the cover frame.
Remove four T20 screws securing the dust channel assembly. Release hinge socket from retainers.
Troubleshooting for motor issues in automatic setting, including clogged channels and kinked hoses.
Troubleshooting for low suction power due to clogged nozzle/hose, full dustbag, or clogged filters.
Troubleshooting for motor not running due to jammed park switch, defective winding, or tripped thermal protection.
Troubleshooting for LEDs not lighting up in the handle, caused by dead batteries.
Troubleshooting for the radio-controlled handle not functioning, typically due to a dead battery.
