  If the Mijar Water Dispenser softener is pouring water through the overflow during regeneration, it might be due to a clogged drain. Inspect the drain hose for bends, collapses, breaks, or blockages. Clear any obstructions. If necessary, replace the hose and ensure the sewage pipe is clear. It can also happen due to power failure during the filling of the brine tank, so check the power supply.

  If water is pouring through the top cover of the brine tank of your Mijar Water Dispenser during regeneration, it could be that the drain outlet from the steering valve is incorrectly connected to the overflow. Ensure the drain hose is separate from both the steering valve and the overflow on the side of the brine tank. Also, ensure the drain for the overflow is positioned below the overflow elbow, maintaining an air gap between the drain pipe and the drain hose. Another cause may be that water from the sewage system goes back and poured through the overflow to the brine tank, so make sure that drain for overflow is positioned below the overflow elbow.

  If water is pouring through the top cover of the brine tank of your Mijar Water Dispenser when it is working (not during regeneration), check the resin tank for leaks. Also, inspect the connections (inlet and outlet) for leaks.

What to do if Mijar MINIBOY VE regeneration only starts manually?

  If regeneration of your Mijar Water Dispenser does not start automatically but only starts manually, it may be due to insufficient water flow through the device (less than 1.8 l/min). The water meter might not be recognizing the water flow because the water meter blades are not rotating. To solve this, enter the programming and set the regeneration at every specified number of days (time mode).
