Overview

The SEIT 100 is an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) designed for various industrial applications, capable of transporting goods and performing tasks in diverse environments. It is a robust and versatile robot that can be equipped with different attachments to suit specific operational needs.

Function Description:

The SEIT 100 serves as an autonomous mobile platform for material handling and logistics. Its primary function is to transport goods, such as small packages, cartons, boxes, or different pallet sizes up to 100 kg, within industrial environments. The robot is designed to operate in indoor industrial settings, navigating autonomously and safely. It can be integrated into existing systems and is capable of performing tasks like cart towing, conveyor operations, and lift deck functions depending on the attached modules. The robot's navigation and safety systems are crucial for its autonomous operation, utilizing lasers and depth cameras to detect obstacles and ensure safe movement.

The AMR can be controlled manually via a remote controller, allowing for precise movements and adjustments. It also features an emergency stop system for immediate shutdown in critical situations. The SEIT 100 is designed for continuous operation, with a battery system that supports extended run times and efficient charging.

  • Operating Modes: Supports normal mode for continuous operation and special mode for specific operating requirements.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: Regular cleaning of the SEIT 100 is recommended, particularly for the optics cover of the safety laser scanner. Only water-soluble, free of phosphate, silicone, and potassium, non-acidic cleaning agents should be used. A mild detergent solution with warm water is suitable. Static charges on the optics cover can be diminished using an anti-static plastic cleaner.
  • Troubleshooting: The manual provides a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues, including problems with the remote controller, buttons, emergency state, and navigation/safety lasers.
  • Spare and Wear Parts: All spare and wear parts are available from Milvus Robotics. Maintenance and repair work must be performed by qualified personnel, and training sessions are offered. Ordering spare parts requires specific identification information for the SEIT 100.
  • Decommissioning and Disposal: Guidelines for the proper disposal of motor oil and recycling of packaging are provided to ensure environmental relief. Legal regulations concerning waste avoidance and proper disposal must be followed. Substances with water hazards, such as greases, oils, coolants, or cleaning agents, must be stored, transported, caught, and disposed of in suitable containers to prevent environmental contamination.
