  If the line fuse doesn't blow but the Minarik Inverter motor won't run, there could be several reasons. First, the speed adjust potentiometer or voltage input signal might be set to zero speed; try increasing the speed adjust pot or voltage setting. Also, ensure that the speed adjust potentiometer or voltage input signal is properly connected to the drive input and that connections are not open. Check if S2 is shorted to S1 and remove the short if it is. The drive might be in current limit, so verify the motor isn't jammed and increase the TORQUE setting. Ensure the drive is receiving AC line voltage at L1 and L2, and that the motor is connected to A1 and A2.

  If the Minarik Inverter motor pulsates or surges under load, it might be because the IR COMP is set too high; adjust the IR COMP setting slightly counter-clockwise until the motor speed stabilizes. It's also possible the motor is bouncing in and out of TORQUE limit. Ensure the motor isn't undersized for the load and adjust the TORQUE pot clockwise.
