Frequently asked questions:
1. Mobile phone can’t find the Bluetooth headset
Solutions:
①Make sure that the headset is on. (See if the indicator is flashing
between Red and Blue)
②If the headset is remained unseen in the searching list, please restart
both your phone and the headset.
Note:
Please complete the pairing procedure within 2 minutes after the
Bluetooth headset enters the pairing mode, otherwise the headset would
turn off itself after 2 minutes.
2. Disconnect frequently or hearing noise while using headset.
Solutions:
①Problems could be caused due to low battery, please recharge your
device as soon as possible.
②Problems appear because the connection between headset and mobile
is obstructed, please put the mobile phone and the headset together and
keep them in the same direction, and don’t cover the Bluetooth by hand.
3. The Bluetooth device is connected to mobile, but you can’t hear music.
Solutions:
① Mono Bluetooth headset cannot be used to listen to music unless it is
matched with Nokia mobile phone.
② Check your Bluetooth setting, and change the sound path to
hands-free mode.
③ Some cell phones require 2 more steps in player to setup connection:
Select the connected Bluetooth device on the speaker icon and then click
OK.
④ Some mobile phones don’t equip with the Bluetooth stereo module. In
