At the notch shown in the following figure, use a flathead screwdriver to force open the extender
cover plate according to the direction indicated in the figure.
2. Remove the extender.
Use a crosshead screwdriver (applicable to M4 recessed panhead screws) to remove the two
M4X12 cross recessed panhead screws on the probe extender, push upwards or lift the extender by
about 10 mm, and then take off the extender.
