2. Click Select All Exams to select all data or select the target data one by one.
3. Select the information and click Back Up Exam. In the Back Up Patient Records dialog box, select
the target storage device (recorder or USB flash drive) and click Backup to back up the selected
data.
4. Select Encrypt When Back Up to USB. Enter the password in Password and Confirm Password
and click Backup. A package named Patient.7z is generated on the USB flash drive.
Note:
Enter the backup password to open the file. The file cannot be opened if you forget the
password. Therefore, keep the backup password properly.
2.3.9.2 Recovering Patient Data
1. Tap iStation on the touch screen to open the iStation dialog box.
2. Select the drive which contains the patient data. Click Select All Exams to select all data or select
patient data one by one. Click Restore Exam to recover the patient data from the current drive to
the patient database.
2.3.9.3 Deleting Patient Data
1. Tap iStation on the touch screen to open the iStation dialog box.
2. Select the drive which contains the patient data. Click Select All Exams to select all data or select
patient data one by one. Click Delete to delete the selected patient data.
2.3.9.4 Sending Patient Data
The system supports sending patient exam data or images to another storage medium (DICOM or
iStorage) or for printing, or sending the exam information to a removable storage medium. The
exporting exam information can be reviewed on PC ,but cannot restored back to ultrasound system for
review.
