  • Headlight Button: Toggles the headlight on/off.
  • Horn Button: Activates the horn, causing the scooter to beep.
  • Ambient Light Button: Toggles both sides of the ambient light on/off.
  • Warning Light Button: Activates blinking left and right signals until pressed again.
  • Accelerator: Pull the throttle to increase speed.
  • Bluetooth Connectivity: The EY4 LCD display supports Bluetooth connection to the DUALTRON APP. Users can scan a QR code to download the app, register, and then search for the scooter to bind it. This allows for choosing speed modes and deactivating "SAFE mode" (zero start-up feature).
  • Riding: To ride, power on the scooter and select a speed mode via the Dualtron app. Stand on the footboard with one foot and push off with the other to start gliding. Ensure SAFE mode is deactivated (by squeezing the brake lever if activated). Once both feet are on the footboard, pull the throttle to accelerate. The scooter has an initial speed of 0 km/h, but the zero start-up feature can be disabled via the app, requiring the scooter to reach 1.9 mph (3 km/h) before the motor engages.
  • Braking: Slow down by releasing the throttle and squeezing the brake levers. Hard braking should be done cautiously to avoid serious danger or injury.
  • Turning: Shift body weight and slightly turn the handlebar. Users are advised to be mindful of road conditions and sufficient turning space.
  • Folding: The scooter can be folded by releasing the handle lock, unscrewing the folding knob and M8 screws, and then folding the steering tube. It's important to reinstall the folding knob and M8 screws when unfolding.
  • Carrying: If necessary, the scooter can be carried by lifting the bottom of the front fork and rear foot pedestal, ideally by two or more people, due to its weight.

  • Damper Adjustment: The shock rebound resistance can be adjusted by turning the adjustment knob. Turning right increases resistance, while turning left decreases it. The factory default setting can be modified according to riding habits.
  • Folding Knob and M8 Screws: These components are crucial for securing the steering tube when unfolded. The manual explicitly states that the folding knob may break and fall down if the M8 screws are not installed, emphasizing their necessity. When folding, these screws should be unscrewed, and when unfolding, they must be reinstalled.
  • Handlebar Adjustment: If the handle becomes slightly shaken during use, the adjustment screw can be tightened.
  • Safety Instructions: The manual advises against using an electric screwdriver for assembly to prevent damage. It also warns about the risk of pinching during folding and carrying.
  • App Updates: Users are encouraged to scan a QR code to download the latest user materials, updates, and safety instructions, suggesting ongoing software and safety support.
