Installing the Battery
The included battery should be fully charged before using your camcorder
for the first time.
Insert the included battery into the battery compartment with the battery’s
metal contacts aligned with the camcorder’s metal contacts. You will know it is
in the correct position if the battery reads “Battery Pack for Fuji NP120”. If not,
you have the wrong side inserted in the camera. Inserting the battery
incorrectly will prevent your battery from charging and your camcorder from
operating.

Charging the Battery
1. After installing the battery, connect your camcorder to the included USB
cable and AC adaptor. Plug the small end of the USB cable into the

x Please format the memory card before using the camcorder
(Caution, this will erase all data on the card).
